I ordered for a chair in response to face book advertisement and paid online through sbi credit card 1499 but no information received after that

Even we also made payment for the same chairs 5 quantity… We are trying to reach customer support of flakestore.in no response from there end and face book also not responding on this… Even we are trying raise a complaint in consumer court… If anyone wants to contact please reach us on +919900696127
