On 14 Aug 2023 I made a card payment of Rs 5000 from mswipe card machine but the money didn’t reach my account until today 17 Aug so when I called them they say your payment is on hold your kyc complete is not there…but I don’t know anything about the kyc. A call message is not an e-mail or any preconceived notion When I did not receive the money in the account they give this reason that they give wrong service and keep my money stuck they should be punished properly so that they will not repeat this mistake with any customer.
