I purchased groceries from Reliance Smart Point in Domuhan, Bodhgaya. I paid Rs 2414.22 from Phonepe, But the cashier said he did needed to receive the amount due to a POS issue. But the payment was completed from my side. Still, I have not received a refund.

My bill no is 86 for purchase done today for Rs 1325.70 at 9.05 in the evening
Cadbury Bournville two pieces choclate @ rs 99 each was removed from the billing list but to our utter surprise the amount is included and product not delivered to us
We request you look into the matter through CCTV camera and arrange to resolve my issue
