Text of Complaint by Vishal Narwani:

I made a payment of Rs 1100 on 30 December 2020, which was not reflecting on my bill. After days of agony with horrible customer service and no response to emails and whatsapp chat and false promises, I realised that the amount reflects on the available credit amount of my post paid account. My emails have no responses. Calls to customer care gets dropped everytime i start speaking to an agent. On whatsapp chat they cant go back and check payment history and bills on most occasions. Its been a trauma to get my money back. I did not opt to increase my credit limit. So why did jio increase my credit limit for? Very very very disappointed on the lack of response from jio.
