I want to inform that i have received payment of 14,407 RS in my merchant account no – 9015440941 on 3rd Jan 2019 but it’s not settled till now and I am waiting from last 9 days as I required the amount urgently but the paytm team unable to send the amount to my bank account.

I have go take daily follow up regarding this but they didn’t call me and  when I asked to transfer the call to senior department they said that they are busy we will drop a call back within 2hours but I have not received any call back from last 4days.today when I call and ask the matter to senior they replied the transfer will done within 4-5 days but I am not able to wait because my condition was not good I have to go for medical treatment.
