I have given advance amount 5 lakhs (Five Lakhs) to purchase land near Komkole village,sangareddy dist from Atriya infra (Atriya abuandence).Initially, I paid 2 lakhs on February 1st, 2022 (Cheque No: 193963) and 3 lakhs on February 23rd, 2022 (Cheque No: 193964).Due to some financial crises, I haven’t paid the full amount.Hence,I have requested to refund my money.
I followed up several times but no luck, they have been postponed several times and are still saying the same thing, which vexed me. 
I follow up with the owner (Srinivas Verma) as well as responsible office persons.
However, I have yet to receive a refund of 5 lakhs from the owner Srinivas Verma and office persons Bharath (9533357330), as well as Sudhakar (7032715282). 
Please do the needful. I am attaching proofs as weel.
