I am working as a freelancer. I have account in Truelancer.com which is an Online Platform for Employers to Hire Professionals to get their work done and Freelancers.
On 6th Jan 2023, i awarded a project by a employer named Naresh.
I completed his project. After completing the project, the employer not responding to approve my payment. 1000/- in seller safe from truelancer. I have complained so many times to the truelancer.com support team that to approve at least my seller safe amount as the employer not responding. They replied as i have to wait for next 45 days, if the employer not responded till 45 days, then they will approve my amount. Now its more than 45 days, neither truelancer.com support team responding nor the employer. I am asking for my work done. Please help me in this matter
