Text of Complaint by Ruchika Sharma:

I was shopping on bewakoof.com and then made an online payment through my Union Bank account after I finished paying I found out that my money was deducted but the payment was not confirmed by the shopping app . Also the message that popped up about the payment showed that I paid to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. and now I am feeling totally messed up and I want either my money to be returned or the product to be supplied
