Sir,
On 05.11.2021 I have recharged the TATA Sky for Rs. 2,820/- through paytm. But amount not reflected in my TATA SKY account. In paytm it is showing amount send and amount debited from my SBI account. When I contacted TATA SKY they told that they have not received the amount and it will be reversed back to my account with in 10 working days. But still I have not received the amount and it is more than one month over.

I have lodged a complaint in National Consumer Help line and Complaint number is 3143174. I am here by attaching the details send by the bank.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for reversing the amount to my account.
