Hi team
On 31 may I did a transaction of 8100 rs on google pay for PMC property tax. The payment was done using my kotak credit card. Unfortunately the money git debited but the payment is not made to PMC. whenever I contact google pay they say the money will be refunded in 7 days but it’s been over one-month but I have not received the money. The attached contains the statement and gpay screenshot . I have followed the greviance mechanism but still have not any proper reply. The above are the complaint numbers for Google and kotak requesting for charge back
