Text of Complaint by Dev Purohit:

For order 406-4591746-5013150, I was finally able to use a master card international card to place the order. All the other international cards I had did not go through. I was told by Rajitha that this is due to an international credit card issue after a system update but today I called back and now it’s a bank issue? This is ridiculous. How can I be told that Amazon India is trying to resolve the issue (which has taken 3 weeks per Rajitha and then be told that it’s a bank issue? I contacted the bank and they don’t even see the transaction which is technical issue on Amazon India’s end. I also confirmed that there is no reason for declining the payment If the bank didn’t authorize then how do I get told that payment is declined. Amazon India needs to take accountability and I should be taken care of due to this inconvenience!
