Around 1-2 years ago,
We received our order from udaan .We paid in cash to the salesman sent by udaan and our amount pending was Nil as said by salesman of company.
The customer service is calling us and irritating everyday from around a year that we didn’t pay the amount . We already explained them everything and given the no. Of the salesman whom we paid cash,but they are still calling around 20 times a day and expecting us to repay the amount.
If your salesman didn’t provide the amount or if there is a glitch in your payment system it’s your mistake not ours.
