Hello,
A payment of Rs 1009.12 as made by me on 11th MAY 2020 for IDEA mobile number 8606464534 customer name on account Vaishali Ravinder Jadhav , payment was made by net banking through my SIB account.
I have received a text from South indian Bank stating that the amount has been debited, even a mail from South indian Bank that the amount is debited. My account statement also shows the transaction and also the amount has not been credited back to account till date if there was an error in transaction . I have tried contacting IDEA customer care 6 times since then and out of which just a complaint id taken and then cancelled off with out rectifying the issue . The last 2 times i contacted the call was disconnected by the customer service representatives. Amount has not been received back or have not got any update from my idea account that the amount has been credited towards the mobile account for that amount.
In regards to this i have also contacted my bank with an email on transaction details and rectification but no response even from them .
The connection has been barred initially and now the mobile number is deactivated on grounds of non payment which i have already paid on 11th May 2020.
I have furnished the transaction reference displayed on my account for this transaction

Even after so many complaints and giving them more than enough details on the transaction the service is barred and connection is inactive as of today .
