I placed an order (GMDLB716077) for left/ right headlights and a break-pad set from GoMechanic for the amount of 4,332/- on 30th December 2022. However i never received the order, hence I cancelled the same requested a refund. Since then I have been calling their customer support, but i am being dodged around, given false promises. I even tried to mail their support services but received no response. Now I have been forced to raise a complaint with your department.
Please investigate.
