On Sep 4, 2020, I called the call center to activate my international roaming. I was asked to go on app to activate it. I visited Vodafone app (Vi app) to make the transaction. I took 7 days roaming at Rs. 995. However, once i landed in USA, the pack was not activated, so i activated another pack. When i came back on Sep 13, i raised the same with Vodafone, i was told that since i made the payment through payment gateway on PayTm, they should refund it. I reached out to PayTM, they said they have nothing to do with this, and the merchant (Vodafone) has to refund it.
This has been going on since 6 months and I have been asked to go to PayTM from Vodafone and Vodafone from PayTM.
