Sir,
I have placed an order worth of INR 32,000 on July 2019, committed delivery was on August 2019.
Later seller contacted and informed that the order stuck up in UK customs and it would take months time to reach India and due to Covid Pandemic it has dragged up to end of 2020. When we approached Amazon and raised the compliant they are not responding properly. They have given hope and false promises for last 5 months and not taken any action till now. I have recorded all the conversations where on 30th of March 2021 they have given confirmation on refund and within weeks time it will happen, still no progress.
Amazon not sharing the seller detail as well when i am requested them to place an police compliant.
Sir, I am undergoing traumatic situation for last 5 months. I am prime subscriber from 2014 and this is the first high value order I have placed on Amazon. I request you to bring justice for my plight and take a proper legal action on Amazon.
