Text of Complaint by Nandakumar Kurup:

I purchased from Polrity( R- for regd trademark it shows) Pest Reject – Pack of 2 × 1for
Rs. 799.00 using Razor pay payment method.
On 3rd November 2022. ( screen shot attached) Order Number -ORDER 248477.
They have sent me a payment received and order confirmation reply in g mail
(Shipping method-1st Class Shipping (Tracked & Insured)
Payment method-Razorpay secure — Rs. 799.00
Since there is no response from them till November 6th ( Normally Amazon and other websites dispatch the items in one or two days or they at least have a order tracking method, but since there is no AWB or Tracking number provided by this web site, I wrote to them. They replied the item is packed on 7th and they wait for the postman to collect it?
Today is November 9. there is no response no reply from the web site team .
I suggest I better get refund of 799.00 and black list this web site from cheating customers.
