On the 23rd October 2020, I had made a payment of Rs. 610/- to Mahavitaran using Airtel Banking. The transaction reference number is FT2029714708344256. However, till date this amount has not been paid to Mahavitararan nor refund has been received.
Unable to take up with BBPS as they need 12 digit Alphanumeric BBPS transaction identifier which is not available.
I have already registered this mail ID and verified too.
Kindly look into the matter and revert soonest. Please treat this as urgent as it is nearly two weeks from the date of the transaction and no refund received so far.
