Text of Complaint by Ranabir Dey:

I did an online purchase from Zoeyly.com on 03 July 2021. The online transaction was successful and my account was debited but till date the product has not arrived. On my enquiry, the ZOEYLY did not revert with any concrete deadline for delivery and now that a month has passed, I strongly believe that this is a fraud and unfortunately the product will never reach me.
