I trust this message finds you well. On 20th November 2023, at 10:47 am, I initiated the purchase of a recharge plan amounting to Rs 1559/- for 24 GB, valid for 336 days. While the deducted amount reflects in my account, unfortunately, the recharge did not reflect in my Jio account. Even after 5 hours, the Jio app persisted in showing “No active plan,” compelling me to purchase an additional plan to ensure uninterrupted services.
For your convenience, I have attached a screenshot depicting the payment of Rs 1559/- for your reference. I kindly request a prompt refund to my account (shakti.mehra@paytm).
Despite my attempts to seek resolution through standard channels, I have encountered only generic responses from your team. Regrettably, this has left me with no alternative but to escalate the matter by filing an RTI and Consumer Complaint against Jio.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and trust that a swift resolution can be achieved.
