Text of Complaint by Mohd Ragib Alam:

I have made payment of 8k on Paytm postpaid before due date and payment was successful however payment was not applied to my Paytm postpaid account on 5th November 2022 instead of that I raise many ticket to Paytm and they applied it on 15 November 2022 and levied the late fee charges, after raising many tickets they are not reversing the late fee, and I am getting too many call from the NBFC/Aditya Birla partner of Paytm for late fee, I am not getting any positive response from Paytm.
