I had the most worst experience at Lifestyle stores, Mysore Forum Mall. After making UPI payment the counter guy stated payment is not gone through and I need to pay again . I showed him that it was already a successful transaction and i got SMS from bank as well that it is paid , still he & then present manager Fazal khan kept arguing that as settlement in their side didn’t come through I have to pay again or else i should wait for next day . I being a techie myself tried to explain that settlement if any is issue at their end and it won’t be reversed at my/individual’s account level once amount is already debited . He kept arguing giving utterly stupid reasons and when I asked that at least lodged or let me put a complaint he said they don’t know the mechanism for any complaint . What kind of system lifestyle has in place when neither the billing is ok nor they have any complaint complaint lodging system.
He made us talk to another manager Ramesh , who as rude to another level itself he didn’t bother to talk or understand and instead cut the call. I have already paid for the of item and they didn’t give me a bill or item . Shame on Lifestyle for cheating and such irresponsible behaviour .
