This is fleet management company, We had leased or rented our car to this company in Oct 2022 for monthly payment of Rs 40,000 to us
However the owner Babloo Jha did cheating in first payment, he didn’t give us the payment for our car usage in Nov saying that “the first payment is made after 45 days” then the payment that he made to us was only Rs 17000 which is not even half of the amount that he had agreed us to pay
Plus he made payment after 60 days not after 45 days and said remaining amount is kept as security deposit, which he did not inform us before
Also he sent us the contract later after much followup and also not mentioned the agreed amount in it and also discrepancies and terms which we were not ok with, when we questioned him he said “in transport industry it is the rule to not mention amount in agreement it runs on goodwill”
We suspected integrity issue and decided to discontinue after Jan
Also we went to local police stn and informed and then Babloo accepted about the outstanding amount and confirmed he will pay on 31st Jan along with the car on call to the API
But inspite of this now he is not paying us our rightful pending payment i.e dues which is around Rs 70,000 for using our car ertiga and the security deposit kept with him , the car usage is 18296 km
We are continuously following up with him and he is not responding (we have call recordings) which has affected our physical health also due to worry and tension, fainted, high bp and had to put saline and still not well
Kindly help, he may have done fraud with other clients also
Requesting to please nab him and retrieve our money, it is our only source of income
