Text of Complaint by ASHWINKUMAR KHADILKAR:

Dear Team.

I have PORT my number 7411768981 JIO to Airtel in April .

In July 2021 They told me that I have outstanding amount in previous operator that is Airtel of rupees 467 .

On 12th of July I had paid 467 through UPI mode.

But they said payment is not reflecting in there System So on 16th once again I have paid 467 rupees by visiting AIRTEL store by Cash mode.

After this they confirm me that payment is successfully received from Airtel.

I have attached both the payment details and my bank Statement..

 

Please help me to get back my amount of 467 rupees.  Which I have paid twice..
