On April 20, 2023, at approximately 1:15 am, I initiated a recharge for my Airtel mobile number [9149960459]. The payment for the recharge was made using the Google Pay platform, and the transaction was completed successfully from my end. However, to my disappointment, the amount debited from my Google Pay account was not credited to the Airtel Merchant, and the status of the transaction has remained as “Payment Processing” since then.
