I get a call from the representative of shine.Com that they will provide premium services and there will be some charge for it. I have made the payment. But after that their other employee’s call comes and seeing the wrong information they charge me 2 times that this will be the last payment. But after that 3rd time again mail the payment. And when asked about refund, they refuse by telling the policy. While he had not told about any such policy earlier.
