I am writing to file a formal complaint against paytm regarding their failure to settle a payment of 42000 for service provided by them on [1-06-2023]. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, the payment remains unpaid, and I believe that pursuing this issue through the Consumer Court is now necessary.

Despite receiving the product/service as outlined in the agreement, the payment for the same has not been settled by Paytm
Communication with the company’s representatives has failed to yield any resolution or a clear explanation for the delay in payment.
The unsettled payment has caused financial hardship and inconvenience to me.
Resolution Sought:

I am seeking the immediate settlement of the outstanding payment of [Amount].
I also request compensation for the financial losses and inconvenience caused due to the delay in payment.
In addition, I urge the Consumer Court to take appropriate action against [Company Name] for their negligent and unprofessional behavior.
