I have purchased Samsung M12 Mobile for Monthly EMI 817 with Samsung Finance. My Mobile phone is locked and I am not able to use it and it is asking to clear the due amount. I have made the payment for the outstanding amount Rs. 3633.80/- on May 20,2022. It is not updated yet. I have tried to raise a request on their portal but it is not responding. I have sent mail to the given mail but got the failure Message. The given Contact number is also not reachable.
I have attached my payment proof with this.
Kindly help to take action against Samsung Finance to stop this kind of practice in future.
