Text of Complaint by Pushpa Naik:

Hi Team,
Billing amount which I suppose to make was 22,227/- due to date was 05-07-2022 but on July 1st I ve paid 16,227 out of 22,227/- pending was only 6000/- But they didn’t adjust 16,227/- towards total billing amount rather than adjusting they keep on doing reminder IVR call for payment which I already paid ans since July 1 St I’m keep on calling to customer care each n every person need to explain since beginning no use of contacting them it’s more than 20 customer support agent I ve spoken none of them resolved the query becuz of their irresponsibility my cibil score has came down I’m suffering for that till now they keep saying they will resolve in 48 hours but today is 23-07-2022 nothing action has taken Abd one more after crossing Due date of July 5th per day interest is gonna add to billing amount but since I hve told them before July 5th only I ve told them I’m not gonna pay single rupees of interest they agreed to waive of interest and promise to adjust for the same I’ve requested in Mail confirmation till now I’ve not received Email confirmation nor 16,227/- payment adjust Simply they are wasting customer time and not yet taken any action Since July 1 St every day I’m making calls but no use but everyday I’m getting multiple calls and Card on hold and Cibil score is getting low.. Now I’ve decided I’m ready to go to any Court to face the issue as i didn’t do any mistake untill unless they compensate to the above Mentioned points.
