Text of Complaint by Karthik P:

While order through Flipkart, after deduction of the amount 11190/-, I got a message through Flipkart app “order not placed”. From 16th October 2020 to now (10th February 2021), I raised a complaint many times to them through a phone call, mail and consumer affairs. Still, I am not got a refund.  Need to take action regarding this issue.
