i was getting offer for MOONPOD on Facebook to buy at some amount and when I followed the link and I was being charged very high amount than expected and payment got deducted without even asking for the OTP or CVV no.
i have received the confirmation mail thankfully, but have not received any goods. At the same time company has not given any customer care no to cancel the order or to file for the refund.
after waiting for so many days, I decided to file a complaint against them.
