On February 2, I payed my semester free Rs.40, 000 through Paytm to Downtown charity trust (UPI id – dtct@hdfcbank). and the transition was failed but the amount deducted from my bank account. And paytm failed to credit the
money and not giving refund. I have made complaint to Paytm several
times but they are saying the transaction is successfull from our side but
the beneficial have not received any money.
