have done 40,000 rs. Transaction from my paytm to my bank account on 2Feb 2020,this amount deducted from my bank account when transaction is fail .
Then I thought that there may be technical issue the so my amount will be settled in bank account in next day bt after waiting 27days the amount not credit in my bank account .
Then after I called on paytm customer care number again and again and visited my home branch of SBI and they told me the money is not credited my account yet ,then paytm customer care agent told me ,that it may be some technical issue and asked to me for wait the amount will be credit in my bank account bt after 25 days the amount still not credit in my bank account.
Then again I called on patym customer care same number then again customer care agent told be same reason may be technical issues and asked me for wait for 10 days .
And today the 10 day has bee completed still not amount not credit in my bank account.
So please do something to help me.
