My name is Isukapalli Anand and i have tried to pay the credit card payment through Paytm app on 20 th Nov 21, through sbi internet banking, but the payment was not successful, then i have contacted the paytm and they said the refund has initiated from their end and if there is any delay contact the bank. I have contacted the customer care of sbi and they told we have no information regarding this and they said contact paytm only, they are playing games at customers and behaving irresponsibly, and i request you to please help me to get my money back and file a complaint on paytm the worst service provider ever.
