Payment failed in amazon but not refunded by paytm bank bhim upi reference id 821520861052
transaction date 03rd august, 2018 payment send from payment payment bank (bhim upi)
pls sir gave help me for resollution. i’m very harassed both companys have same opinion as resollution contact your (amazon-paytm) 2nd party.
i send in written letter for both companays but i cant receive any letter as response.
amamzon clearly say money block by paytm.
