I did grocery shopping at Smart Bazar Agartala Tripura situated at ML Plaza. At the counter my father Partha Sarathi Gupta made gpay payment to Smart Bazar Scanner at time 8:11 PM. After that they are telling to pay again and take the products. Then i told them payment I already did why will I do again. Then all the customers present there was telling them why will MR PARTHA SARATHI GUPTA do payment again.
Smart Bazar Manager did harassment to me and my wife and they told if we don’t do payment again they can’t give the products. Then we came to home without products and being harassed fully.
I request you to kindly to see the matter and do action at the earliest.
