Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I tried to pay advance premium of INR *60,000/*-
against my Maximizer V policy no. *19455606* on *11th July 2019 *through
Google Pay option given on ICICI PRU website. The payment got debited from
my HDFC bank account but the same was not credited to beneficiary i.e ICICI
Pru in this case. The screen shot of Google Pay is attached herewith.
The ICICI PRU Advisor informed me to contact HDFC bank. So I contacted HDFC
bank and they said wait for 3 days and if it still doesn’t reflect in ICICI
pru account then they will refund it. I followed up again with them and I
have been informed after a week of followup that transaction was successful
from HDFC bank and it is either Google pay issue or ICICI PRU network issue.
Then I raised issue with ICICI PRu and they have denied to support and Google pay customer is not even responding to the issue.
Request you to please arrange to resolve this issue with GOOGLE PAY as they are not refunding my account.
