Hello,
I am a prepaid airtel customer. I tried to recharge my airtel number on 7th July 2019 for the amount of 399.

The process failed due to some technical problems.. But the problem is the cash transferred to airtel from my sbi account..

I contacted the customer care.. He told me try again.. And losted cash will get in 10 working days..Again I recharged my account with 399..

But I didn’t get my losted cash till now.. It is the 20th day.. I contact the customer care continuously..

But they didn’t solve the problem.. Please take any action for this.. I have the right to get my cash..
