If we not make payment at the delivery, the items will not be given to us. If we made payment to them and delivery not done ontime then what is the charges beared by the Flipkart.
Rule is rule. If delivered is done ontime then they have to charge to the delivery partner and they should arrange the items ontime.
But Flipkart is playing with customer. Executives blaming themselve saying wrong information provided by previous executive but not giving any solution. Money is same for everyone. If deliver is delayed then Flipkart has pay some option of amount.
Kindly people viewed this support on this. This rule has brought for all online shoping stores.
Example – if 1000rs item is booked and asked wait for one person and if it happened for 100 people in a day. Then think about the interest amount gain by them.
Plz support to change the rules for online shopping.
