Order placed on 15th Oct. No update so wrote an email . Reply back to send the products on 5th Nov. Again no update so again wrote an email . Got another reply saying that they’d dispatch on 10th Oct. No update again . Want refund . Nurserylive. Order no NLV1411 532483 .
