i have make a paymt on 8.12.2018 at 23.59 from paytm through UPI of amount Rs.46994 having transaction id-834300535755 and this payment is not transfered or returned back they are saying to contact your bank i contacted my bank they said payment is successful to paytm and when i again contact paytm they denied so please solve my issue.
