Dear Sir,
I have taken loan from One cash , however i have made payment in advance , due date was 7th Oct and i made payment through link available in the app on 3rd Oct. Till date payment is not reflecting in the app and late fine is being added on a daily basis. I have escalated this the concern many times. As per them payment was failed and returned to bank. but I had shared by detailed bank statement to them via mail and in whatup ,
