Text of Complaint by Neha Nandal:

  1.  I had placed my order for chikan kurta set anling with dupatta on 21.06.2021 only after confirming the same from the retailer when she had shared the payment details with me.

    Suddenly after payment, that the ordered product was not in stock anymore, which she confirmed.
    But anyway, I waited till the time product came back into stock.

    Again, I saw the same order posted on her instagram story on 27.06.2021 for which you did not reapond when asked to place the order again.
    Even for all the inquiries made after that she did not reply.

    Now it’s already been more than 10 days since I placed my order, there is no response from retailer. She is still posting new post and stories everyday but no response for my queries. Also I reminded her to place order for myself as the same order was back in stock. But no response. I’d dropped an e-mail too on 30.06.2021 for which she did not reply.
