I made a payment of 1599 rs to the boat company on 4th March to buy headphones. My order was not accepted at that time, I informed the boat company through call and mail at the same time and I also informed phone pay and my branch in all the ways in this matter. It’s been 10 days and my payment still hasn’t reached me and since 10th I haven’t received any kind of reply from the boat company. I have not received my payment even though the refund policy days are over.
