I had received a link to purchase a torch costing Rs. 899.00 on Facebook.

We have frequent power cuts and was looking for a rechargeable  torch. Hence i went ahead with the purchase on 4th January 2021.

After purchasing, the amount was deducted from my account. I got a order placed successfully message from them too. But now, there is no sign of the product shipment nor can i track my order.

I tried to contact them but the number is not available
