Dear ,grievance officer , I have ordered 3 toys items from Flipkart on 4’th March 2023 to my home town for which payment already has been done. None of the items has been received by us. We tried several times to lodge our complaint with customer care but they were giving us next date ..next date and at last they are saying that your time period is over we cannot help in this regard. We would like to know where were the our products if it is with wish master then return my money. Product cost was more then ₹1200/
Kindly do something in this serious matter and refund our money.
