Myself Surender Raina has ordered online product from Smart gaze.com and paid amount of Rs 699. But when Delivery boy came to deliver the parcel he is asking to pay the cash first. Why I have to pay again when I have already paid the amount and received the confirmation also.
Please help in resolving the issue.
