In December 2021, on a Facebook page advt, I purchased 1 kg almond and cashu nuts for Rs 598/- through debit card. I was surprised to learn that the payment was made to some Ravikumar Kantilal Kukadiya an unknown person. I did not receive any parcel, and I knew that it was a cheating case. I wrote to Payeu and was not given any specific information except they will look into. Now after 1year they write to me that they are closing the case. This payu is a fraud company as I have read so many cases against them. They should be made to pay back the amounts fraudently paid to unknown persons.
