I am using SBI simply save credit card ,for the month of March I paid my due amount on 4 th of March manually but the due date is on 6 th of March and I also have auto debit facility in my card but they charged me 879 as payment dishonour fee while contacting their customer care they replied that you have to pay the amount 5 days before due date while paying manually.i don’t think it is acceptable.i need solution for this.
