Text of Complaint by Pooja Nimbalkar:

I was shopping on myntra on 9th june , bt Gpay payment failed so i paid via my other acts debit card bt after sometime money deducted from my Gpay account also , both deductions are credited to myntra’s account but they hav not refunded me back that double amount , I have wrote several mails to them with bank statements of both my bank and screenshots & msgs but they didnt rrsponded me thr all this , this is getting very stressful for me
